All presentations, including sponsored sessions, must be reviewed and approved prior to the event. Panelists are not required to use presentations, however if they do, they must be reviewed and approved.
The review process is a key part of our quality assurance process, helping to ensure a good experience for presenters and audience alike. We may request revisions to your material in line with our content guidance, but it is not the intention of the committee to editorialize.
Please be respectful of the content committee’s time and expertise by engaging positively and on time with the review process. In particular, note that:
- A draft deck must be submitted by the communicated deadline of September 4.
- Feedback may be provided and, unless otherwise noted by the Program Committee, revisions are required.
- Final approval from the committee is required prior to presentation.
- Only approved versions may be presented onsite.
Substantive changes to your material after final approval require written consent from the conference team. The decision of the Conference Chair is final.

Presentation Submission & Review Guide
Step 1: Rename and upload your presentation for Program Committee feedback by September 4
Before uploading your presentation, please rename the file using the appropriate format below.
If you are the only speaker in the session:
YourLastName_SessionTitleFirst5–8Words_v1
Example:
Smith_Passkeys in Practice for Enterprise Applications_v1.pptx
Use the first 5–8 words of your session title. You do not need to include the complete title.
If your session has multiple speakers:
YourLastName_OtherSpeakerLastName_OtherSpeakerLastName_v1
Example:
Smith_Jones_Lee_Garcia_v1.pptx
Include the last name of every speaker in the session, including your own. You do not need to include the session title.
Use _v1 for your initial submission. You will use _v2, _v3, and so on for subsequent revisions.
Once your file has been renamed, use this link to upload your presentation for initial Program Committee review:
Upload your presentation for review by September 4 using the link provided via email. Please note, links are unique and cannot be shared amongst reviewers. If you did not receive a link to upload your draft, please contact [email protected].
NOTE: During the upload process you will be prompted to create a Filestage account – you can choose to create the account now or later in the process.
Step 2: Accept your Filestage project invitation
After you upload your presentation, you will be invited to the Filestage project for your presentation review.
The invitation will come from Adrian Loth via Filestage at [email protected]. You may want to add this email address to your email allow list to ensure that you receive important notifications.
When you receive the invitation:
- Open the invitation email.
- Click OPEN.
- Follow the instructions to create a Filestage account if prompted.
You may also receive email notifications from [email protected] when your presentation review status changes, including when your presentation is approved or when changes are requested.
Step 3: Review and revise your presentation
The Program Committee will review your presentation and provide feedback through Filestage.
When you receive feedback:
- Incorporate the requested edits into your presentation.
- Upload the revised presentation directly to the Filestage project. Do not use the original upload link again – this will create a new project! In the top left corner of your project screen, select the v# dropdown, then upload a new version.
NOTE: If you have not done so already, you will be prompted to create a Filestage account – please complete this step by enrolling the email used to submit your first draft and selecting “I’m just here to review” on the following screen to continue the review process. - Ensure the revised file uses the same naming convention with the appropriate version number.
For example:
- Smith_Passkeys in Practice for Enterprise Applications_v1.pptx
- Smith_Passkeys in Practice for Enterprise Applications_v2.pptx
- Smith_Passkeys in Practice for Enterprise Applications_v3.pptx
