How do speakers receive their complimentary registration?

Visit the Speaker Resource Center to register for free. Please do not register through the main website, or you will be charged the full admission fee.

As a speaker, am I eligible to attend the Member Plenary following the conference?

The Plenary is for members only, at an additional fee. If you are a non-member interested in membership, contact [email protected]. Not sure if you’re a member? Check here.

Presentation Details

What should I do if I have changes to my presentation after submitting a final file?

Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Substantive changes will require approval from the conference team.

What key dates do I need to keep in mind?

  • Presentation drafts are due for review on or before September 4
  • Final, approved presentations are due on or before October 9
  • Register for the conference by September 4
  • Book your accommodations as soon as possible. The room block closes on September 25, but often sells out in advance so plan accordingly

On-site

How should I prepare for my presentation once on-site?

Head to the tech station at the back of your session room 15 minutes before you are scheduled to speak. Our staff will go over any last-minute operational items and help you get mic’d.

Will there be confidence monitors for my session? Will I be able to see my notes on the confidence monitors?

Yes! There will be confidence monitors, and slide notes will be visible. It is always good practice, though, to make sure you know your material sufficiently well that you could present without the notes if you had to.  Ensure that any notes are fairly concise, so that you can easily see all of it in the notes view. If you have a lot of notes for a particular slide, a good tip is to split the notes across duplicate slides.

Can I run my presentation from my own device?

We prefer to run presentations through our production team to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for your audience, and for you as the presenter. However, if you need to run off of your own device, or if you have any other specific AV requirements (for example, a need to run audio or video elements), please let us know via [email protected] no later than October 9 and we will connect you with our production team to make sure we are set up for this during your talk.

Will someone introduce my session? Can I take audience questions?

The track lead will introduce you at the start of your talk, and will wrap up briefly at the end. The majority of our sessions are 25 minutes long—we recommend leaving any questions to the end.  If there is sufficient time at the end, your track lead will help handle any Q&A.

If you are presenting a longer talk or a particularly interactive session, it’s fine to take questions during your talk. Please remember that sessions are being live-streamed for our remote audience, and recorded for on-demand viewing. Questions should ideally be asked via a microphone, and you must summarize the question back to the audience before you answer—this is as important for the audience in the room as it is for the remote audience, and it also ensures that you understood the question correctly!

Can I present my session virtually rather than in-person?

No, we will not be able to host virtual speakers at this event. If you are unable to attend in person please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Will sessions be recorded or live-streamed? Will slides be distributed?

Yes! All main agenda sessions (excluding Expo Theater sessions) will be live-streamed to registered remote attendees only, and recordings—along with PDFs of slides (not including speaker notes)—are made available for on-demand viewing to all registered conference attendees following your presentation. Videos (but not PDFs) will be released for public viewing via the Authenticate Video Library in early 2027. If you need your session recording or slides not to be released for public viewing, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
