How do speakers receive their complimentary registration?
Visit the Speaker Resource Center to register for free. Please do not register through the main website, or you will be charged the full admission fee.
As a speaker, am I eligible to attend the Member Plenary following the conference?
The Plenary is for members only at an additional fee. If you are a non-member interested in membership, contact [email protected]. Not sure if you’re a member? Check here.
How should I prepare for my presentation once on-site?
Head to the tech station at the back of your session room 15 minutes before you are scheduled to speak. Our staff will go over any last-minute operational items and help you get mic’d.
Will there be confidence monitors for my session?
Yes!
Can I run my presentation from my own device?
We prefer to run presentations through our production team to ensure a smooth, high-quality run of show. However, if you need to run off of your own device, we will connect you with our production team to make sure we are set up for this during your talk.
What should I do if I have changes to my presentation after submitting a final file?

Can I present my session virtually rather than in-person?
No, we will not be able to host virtual speakers at this event. If you are unable to attend in person please contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
