Collaboration: A better experience
Users don’t care about the technology. They care about getting things done. It doesn’t matter how clever, or secure, or innovative the solution is: if the customer can get a better experience somewhere else, that’s where they’ll go. Without adoption, we fail. So what can we do to ensure that the better solutions we have to offer translate into tangible improvements and excellent experiences that really help users do the things they need to do?
