As a speaker, you receive complimentary access to the full conference and networking opportunities. 

Please note, complimentary pass does not include the FIDO Alliance Member Plenary sessions. Members who are speaking at the conference can attend the plenary for the standard fee.

Book Hotel Accommodations

Please note that the room block at the Omni La Costa Resort & Spa is now sold out. However, accommodations are also available through other hotels in the area, many within a 10-minute commute to the conference.

We have arranged a secondary room block at the Marriott Courtyard in Carlsbad at the negotiated rate of $149++ per night. The deadline to receive this discounted rate is 5:00 PM on Sunday, September 24.

All presentations must use the title and closing slides from the Authenticate presentation template. Content slides may use this template or a template of your choosing.

Presentation Review Process

Presentations must be reviewed and approved by the Authenticate Program Committee through the Filestage platform. Use our Presentation Submission & Review Guide to complete this process. Final presentations are due by September 29.

Presentation Review Criteria

All presentations must be reviewed and approved by the Authenticate Program Committee. The committee will review your presentation to ensure it:

• Aligns with the accepted session abstract
• Provides insightful, useful and actionable information 
• Provides a good balance between text and imagery 
• Is vendor-neutral
• Uses the Authenticate template for title and conclusion slides
