Bio
I am currently working as a Product Manager/Program Manager at Rakuten Group Inc., where I am responsible for preparing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and developing strategies to drive service adoption.
I have been actively involved in the Passwordless program for the past few years and played a key role in the first WebAuthn deployment in December 2021, at a time when passkeys were not yet widely adopted. Since then, I have been instrumental in building our own FIDO server, driving passwordless adoption across Rakuten Group Inc
I hold a degree in Computer Engineering and began my career as a Software Developer. After a few years, I pursued an MBA, which led me to transition into a role as a Business Analyst in the banking industry. Over the years, I have successfully managed numerous complex, high-value projects before eventually moving into Product Management.
