Veronica is a researcher and designer with a passion for improving people's lives through convenient, thoughtful, and user-friendly services. She is currently a Senior Service Designer at the Ontario Public Service, helping shape government services related to major life events for Ontario’s 14 million residents. She’s also worked in academic libraries and international development. Veronica holds a Masters Degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of Washington.
