This marks the first time the industry’s only conference dedicated to digital identity and phishing-resistant authentication will be held in the Asia-Pacific region. We want you to plan to attend without worry. If you find you cannot make it and cancel on or before April 13th you will receive a full refund. Those who cancel between April 14th and May 3rd will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made on or after May 4th.

Cancellations made less than sixty (60) but at least 30 days (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary or for no-shows.

You may substitute another person from your company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds or substitutions in accordance with this policy may be submitted by emailing [email protected].
