About Authenticate APAC 2026

This marks the first time the industry’s only conference dedicated to digital identity and phishing-resistant authentication will be held in the Asia-Pacific region. The inaugural event will take place on June 2 – 3, 2026, followed by a FIDO Member Plenary from June 4 – 5, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt in Singapore.

Authenticate is the industry’s only conference dedicated to user authentication – with a focus on phishing-resistant authentication with passkeys. Authenticate brings together CISOs, business leaders, product managers, security strategists and identity architects to share expertise and get the tools to roll out passkeys, while gaining a deeper understanding of the technologies and approaches to secure the broader identity and access management lifecycle.

Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is as follows: 

  • Refunds are available based on when you cancel.
  • Cancellations made on or before April 13th will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made between April 14th – May 3rd will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. 
  • No refunds will be available for cancellations on or after May 4th.
  • You may substitute another person from your company if you are unable to attend.

We want you to plan to attend without worry. If you find you cannot make it and cancel on or before April 13th you will receive a full refund. Those who cancel between April 14th and May 3rd will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made on or after May 4th.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) but at least 30 days (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary or for no-shows.

You may substitute another person from your company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds or substitutions in accordance with this policy may be submitted by emailing [email protected].

The conference content will not be available remotely. However, FIDO members may join the member plenary remotely on June 4th and 5th.

No, the sessions will not be available on demand.
