Bio
Bill Wright served as Executive Director and Technical Fellow at USAA Bank for over 30 years. He held senior technical positions supporting IT Security, Corporate Investigations, and Federal Savings Bank development and IT operations. He has worked in all phases of software development and staff development. Bill has served as Senior IT Architect and Application Developer (JAVA, C++, C, PL/I, assembler, Web Services, J2EE), with broad business experience in project staffing, estimating, and budget management. His specialties range from XML, Java, IT architecture, to configuration management, release management, troubleshooting, to project estimates, high volume transaction management, performance tuning, and security.
A long time Board Member of FIDO, Bill Wright has served on the FIDO Alliance Program Committee and other FIDO leadership roles.
Bill has his B.S. in Math, Computer Science, and Systems Design from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
