For the past three years, she’s been leading the Customer Experience design for Visa’s authentication products and services; what those experiences look like today—but more importantly, tomorrow.
Born a California girl but raised in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, she now resides in the heart of London where she can be found amassing a quirky collection of shoes and continuing her relentless pursuit of perfectly messy hair.
