Bio
Khanit Phatong is a senior management officer at Digital Innovation Center, ETDA and leading the team toward the missions in exploring new technology and innovation in electronic document and authentication technology to serve both public and private sectors. Current studies are covering technology about a strong authentication technology that can leverage the confidence in digital transaction, Self Sovereign Identity (SSI) and Decentralized Ledger Technology (DLT) – the new technology that believed to preserve the privacy. In addition, she has also participated in many key projects relating to transforming and digitizing Thai government services e.g. e-Tax Invoice project with Revenue Department, Speedup e-licensing with Office of the Public Sector Development Commission and Digital Government Agency.
Prior joining ETDA, Khanit had extensive experiences in financial industry. She used to be a system analyst and project manager at leading financial institutions in Thailand – main expertise were in area of customer information and customer product portfolio management.
