Bridging Web3 digital wallets to Web2 environments

The value of linking strong authentication into Web3 digital wallets; It can provide a path to bridge the two worlds, by providing a credential driven authentication to Web3 application and opening the Web2 ecosystems to utilizing digital wallets. Our hypothesis is that FIDO can provide a path for such integration, therefore bridging the gap between environments. Second, we think that it can also provide a path for the use of verified digital credentials, issued by authorities (like mobile drivers licenses and other government issued credentials) to be consumed by Web3 wallets that have integrated FIDO authentication into their technology stack. Providing a path for such digital wallets to have a stronger level of authentication based on identity verification.
