Authenticate 2024 will be held October 14-16, 2024 and will be co-located with the FIDO Alliance’s member plenary (running October 14-17) at the Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, CA, just north of San Diego. Last year’s conference welcomed over 850 total attendees in Carlsbad and remotely. The event featured more than 100 sessions with highly engaging content, plus a sold-out exhibit area with 50+ industry-leading exhibitors and sponsors.

Authenticate 2024 will build upon this momentum and feature detailed case studies, technical tutorials, expert panels, and hands-on lab sessions aimed at helping educate attendees on business drivers, technical considerations, and overall best practices for deploying modern authentication systems. Attendees also benefit from a dynamic expo hall and engaging networking opportunities that tap into the natural beauty of Carlsbad and the La Costa Resort.

All in-person attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the planned on-site networking and entertainment activities and resort amenities, including restaurants, shops, and more. For those looking for additional adventures, be sure to visit other local attractions such as LEGOLAND, the Carlsbad Premium Outlets, and local beaches and restaurants.

Authenticate is a great event for CISOs, security strategists, enterprise architects, and product and business leaders to get all of the education, tools and best practices to roll out modern authentication across web, enterprise and government applications. Whether you are new to FIDO or a seasoned veteran, we have great content and networking opportunities for you.

Authenticate will be a great way for you to further your knowledge and technical skills on authentication, and will provide valuable information for you to take back into your company. You can download a justification letter to help gain approval to attend here.

Yes, you have the option to register to attend remotely. While we would love for all attendees to experience the sessions, networking, and expo hall in person, we understand travel is not possible for everyone at this time. Remote attendees will have full access to a live stream of all sessions and on-demand content, and will have the opportunity to make peer-to-peer and sponsor connections – all within the event platform.

We want you to plan to attend without worry. If you find you cannot make it and cancel on or before August 18 you will receive a full refund. Those that cancel between August 19 and September 14 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations made on or after September 30th.

Our Refund Policy is as follows:

Refunds are available based on when you cancel. Cancellations made at least sixty (60) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary will be refunded 100% of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than sixty (60) but at least 30 days (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be available for cancellations less than thirty (30) days prior to the first day of the Conference and Plenary or for no-shows. You may substitute another person from your company if you are unable to attend. Requests for refunds or substitutions in accordance with this policy must be submitted by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation policies are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Date: On or before August 15th | Fee Refund: 100% of the registration fee

Cancellation Date: Between August 16th and September 14th | Fee Refund: 50% of the registration fee

Cancellation Date: Made on or after September 15th | Fee Refund: No refunds available

Cancellation Date: No-Shows | Fee Refund: No refunds available

Yes, all sessions will be available to registered attendees after the event.

The mobile app for in-person attendees and Attendee Hub, the event streaming platform for all attendees, are essential resources to access agenda details, sponsor information, on-demand sessions and session recordings.
