If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it. In the field of identity verification a service is only as good as your ability to measure it. In this session we review best practices for measurement across identity verification providers, including those provided by the Doc Auth Certification. We will also cover how providers can integrate these practices into their internal measurement programs to give relying parties a constant understanding of the capabilities of their system and find ways to improve it.
