Deepti Kurup is a visionary IAM leader with a proactive, strategic, & tactical approach to driving strong IAM programs successfully. A problem solver by nature, she has the curiosity & creativity to offer an array of solutions to any challenge, complete with detailed roadmap, win/loss & risk analysis.
Deepti is Senior Vice President of Customer Identity and Access Management Product Management under Financial Crimes Organization at M&T Bank. Prior to joining M&T Bank, Deepti worked with Bank of America for 14 years in their Cybersecurity Technology group. With over 18 years of Identity and Access Management experience, primarily in the banking industry across various roles including Product Ownership, Engineering, Integration, Consulting, Customer Experience Management, Project & Program Management, and Strategy, she is driven by a passion for people, processes, & problem solving.
Deepti has an Engineering degree in Electronics and a Master’s in Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
