In charge of Rakuten’s core “ID service” and internal system creation within the Technology Platforms Division. Focus on Customer Identity and Access Management, with the mission to provide a scalable, reliable, secure, and easy to integrate CIAM platform for 2 billion users.
Since December 2021, concentrate on an elevated team working on digital transformation aiming to modernise Rakuten ID by enabling a new UI including features such as adaptive authentication, progressive profiling, token-based session management library, built-in fraud prevention mechanism, and consent management platform.
