In 2018, I joined Mercari, where I initially contributed to the transformation of “Mercari” into a microservices architecture, focusing on enhancing scalability and agility within the platform’s services. My journey at Mercari evolved in 2019 when I became a pivotal member of the Merpay ID Platform team.
In my current role as the Tech Lead for the IDP team, I act as a central hub, interfacing with various microservices across Mercari, Merpay and Mercoin. I am dedicated to mapping out the future of our IDP domain and formulating strategies that ensure a seamless, secure, and innovative user experience. My efforts include leading the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as FIDO, to bolster our authentication and authorization frameworks.
