Not all multi-factor authentication (MFA) methods are equal. In fact, MFA passwords, one-time passcodes (OTP), and SMS text messages delivering OTP’s, are all prone to a whole host of attacks.

Enter phishing-resistant MFA and you now have strong, modern authentication that provides cryptographic proof of user identity.

In this talk, we’ll demystify the latest US Government Executive Order definition for phishing-resistant MFA, what it really means to implement this, and demonstrate two modern authentication strategies being applied right now to support this executive order.
