Courtney Rasey serves as the Deputy Director of Identity Assurance (IA) at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) where she provides direction and oversight for Authentication, Authorization and Access (A3) policies, activities, and business requirements across all IRS customer service channels. She began her IRS career in 2007 through the Presidential Management Fellows program. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Iowa State University and Master in Social Work from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Courtney lives in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA with her husband and daughter. She is also stepmom of two wonderful young men. Courtney grew up in Kansas City and is a life-long Chiefs fan.
