Chris Cortes is the Vice Chair of the FIDO Alliance Identity Verification Working Group. He is a proponent for industry transparency and standardized measurement practices. As the Senior Product Manager of Fraud Insights at Onfido Chris focuses on the performance measurement required to deliver on relying party’s service expectations, monitor the health of fraud detection and generate the data required for improvements to both manual and automated processes.
